Shipping fees

• Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of the products. Below you will find typical shipping fees:
• 0 KG - 2 KG shipping fee is 3,50 EUR
• 2 KG - 5 KG shipping fee is 8,50 EUR
• Over 5 KG shipping fee is 15,00 EUR
• We ship products only within EU.

Delivery time

• If the ordered product is in our warehouse, then the estimated delivery time is between six and eight (6 - 8) working days.
• If the customer requires the products to be delivered by a certain date, then customer must inform esteriina.com about this requirement separately for instance when placing the order. We will always do our best to satisfy our customers needs.
• If customer purchases products for which esteriina.com has indicated different estimated delivery times then the delivery will be made using the longest estimated delivery time.
• esteriina.com delivers products only within EU. All product deliveries are made using postal services unless customer and esteriina.com agree otherwise.

Product returns

• Customer has the right to return any unused products within fourteen (14) days of the product delivery date. The product and packing must be in the same condition as it was delivered to the customer.
• Customer must notify esteriina.com about any product returns by e-mail to info@esteriina.com BEFORE returning the product. Products must be returned to address: esteriina.com, Funenpark 544, 1018AK Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Damaged products

• In case the products have been damaged during shipping, customer has the right to receive new products. When picking up the shipment, please check the condition of the product and notify the delivery company and esteriina.com immediately if the product is damaged. After registering the damage at the delivery company, please contact esteriina.com customer service in order to receive new products.
